1 New client meeting

From these meetings we produce a document for candidates describing our client’s organisation in some detail on all the important dimensions. It assists in attracting high calibre candidates through its objective style and provides a level playing field for all candidates.

2 Assignment briefing meeting

At a briefing meeting about a specific role or roles we discuss with you:

• The business issues that have led to this need
• The key objectives this individual will have to meet
• The tasks he/she will have to perform
• The key skills he/she will possess
• The reporting structure for the role and the key personalities to work with
• Remuneration package
• Future career path and next challenges
From this we produce an external candidate briefing document and an internal specification and interview guide.
