Chance Jarosz Approach and Search strategy
We devised a unique search strategy looking for individuals with experience of Business Development, Sales or Marketing in the Telecom or IT industries, living in Western Europe, speaking more than one European language, and in the right seniority range i.e. with a total of 7-12 years work experience of which at least three were in telecom or IT.

We identified 116 suitable people using targeted research techniques and our state of the art relational database and contacted them by letter, email and telephone. Using our telephone interview profiling

approach, we selected 12 high potential candidates for initial interviews. Through our detailed understanding of the unique challenges of this role, and the career opportunities that could be offered by our client, we were able to quickly present five candidates to our client, each with a suitable organisation and cultural fit.

Results
One candidate was appointed to the role and has since made a big impact. It is clear that this individual is a high performer, and was able to add value to our client with a very short ramp up time.
