Change Management Consultant (A & D) based at the Head Office in Surrey


The Company
Our client is a leading international consulting company with over twenty years’ experience of helping clients achieve their ambitions. Their consultants work alongside clients to help them set direction, analyse their current performance, identify the gaps and then put in place a change programme to close those gaps.

Since November 2001 the firm has been part of a successful and growing business systems implementation and applications firm which designs, implements and manages business systems that use SAP and other leading technology products such as BroadVision, Commerce One and WebMethods, Data Warehousing, EAI and Intranet Applications.


The Position
The firms operate globally from offices in Surrey. They employ over 450 people and are seeking to expand their business consulting group by recruiting an experienced change management consultant at the level of Senior Consultant or Manager.

All candidates need to be experienced in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that lead to change supported by technology. They will be working in partnership with clients in shared responsibility roles and will be able to build strong client relationships and manage client expectations. They must have real experience of both design and implementation and be responsible for delivering results and expected value. The roles require candidates who can truly appreciate the real issues which clients are facing and who can commit themselves personally to work as a team in designing and delivering innovative business solutions which will make a dramatic and sustainable change in performance.

Manager level candidates will have more people management, project management and client experience and be able to demonstrate business development skills.


The ideal candidate
Candidates will have a quality first degree and a progressive career. This will include between four and eight years spent in consulting or in a combination of both consulting and relevant industries with responsibility for business development, change management and strategy development. They will have well developed facilitation and people skills and be able to identify with client needs in an enthusiastic and encouraging manner. They will be pro-active and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to circumstances and changing situations. They will be motivated by seeing the broader picture for each client, by recommending "out of the box" solutions, and by energising their client to achieve a step change in performance.
